Return Policy
We at Orange Bed & Bath are keen to satisfy all our customers by accepting returns at any time after purchase.
To retrun any purchased item, please prepare the following information (Customer name, phone number, address in detail, reason for retrieval - replacement) and send it to us by email: return@orangebedbath.com or to our Whatsapp#0501653333.
ARAMEXs representative will contact you to arrange for picking up the returned items within 2-3 working days.
The value of the returned goods shall be refunded, after deducting the shipping charges within 48 hours of receipt of the product from the ARAMEX.
